  • We will then issue you an RA form via email once we receive your information.
  • Ship your phone in a sturdy packaging and wrapped it to prevent breakage during shipping

Do not ship chargers, or sim cards

  • Once your phone is received it will be assigned to one of our qualified factory trained technician for a full diagnosis
  • We will call you with the results and let you know exactly what is wrong with your cell phone, the cost of repair,and time-line of repair (This process may take up to 48 hours)
  • After we repair your cell phone you can pay online via PayPal

  • Finally, when payment is received your phone will be securely packed and shipped back to you

(If you decide not to have your cell phone repaired a $15 fee will assess to cover the return shipping cost)
